From time to time, as part of running our business, we collect and use certain personal information about individuals with whom we have contact (we refer to such individuals in this policy as “you” or “your” or “contacts”). When we refer to personal information in this policy, we mean any type of information which could identify you, such as your name, email address or other contact details.

Ltd, who provide ophthalmic equipment and related services to organisations based outside of Europe. This means that we will transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which is in our legitimate interests (particularly as we need to refer you to the correct Takagi entity who is responsible for your geographical region).
In order to ensure that this transfer outside of the EEA complies with data protection law, we have put in place the European Commission approved standard contract clauses between ourselves and Takagi Seiko Co. Ltd . If you are an individual who is based outside of Europe and would like to receive a copy of these signed standard contract clauses, please get in touch with us using the contact details below.
Other than in relation to the specific situation outlined above, we do not transfer any of your personal information outside of the EEA.
