In 2018, we opened a new factory with the aim of upgrading parts processing. By controlling temperature and humidity and preventing vibration, we have created an environment for making highly precise parts. In the new factory, parts are processed by large machines as well as by the hands of craftsmen. Parts processing is the first step in manufacturing. Experience and skills of craftsmen add value to the product.
The skill and guidance of craftsmen are also precious in the work of assembling thousands of parts. Carefully assembled by hands with experience, the finished products not only meets external testing and verification to be approved as a medical device, but also meets TAKAGI’s unique quality standards. There are 50 checkpoints for complex-structured products, and multiple inspectors spend enough time to inspect every detail. Only those that have passed the TAKAGI quality standard 100% will be approved to ship.
